Hailey, the owner of Xoxo Charley, began Xoxo Charley in May of 2022 at 19 years old. From then, Xoxo Charley has grown into a handmade, unique, & one-of-a-kind small business that creates products as unique as the person using them.

The First Stitch

Through trial and error, Hailey sewed her first ever item: a tote bag. This tote bag is now used to carry each order to the post office!
