Materials & Product Limitations

Our pet collars are handmade by Xoxo Charley using materials including cotton fabric, polyester webbing, metal hardware, and reinforced stitching. While each collar is made with care, no pet collar can be guaranteed to remain secure or intact under every circumstance.

Our collars are not advertised or guaranteed to be escape-proof, chew-proof, or unbreakable. Dogs differ in size, strength, behavior, activity level, and chewing habits, and these factors may affect the performance and lifespan of a collar.

Proper Fit & Supervision

The customer is responsible for selecting the appropriate collar size and ensuring that the collar is properly fitted to their dog. Customers should supervise their dogs appropriately and should not rely on a collar as the sole means of preventing a dog from escaping.

Inspection & Maintenance

Customers should inspect the collar before use and regularly thereafter, including the metal hardware, fabric, webbing, and stitching. If any component shows signs of damage, excessive wear, fraying, tearing, loose stitching, or deterioration, discontinue use immediately and replace the collar.

Appropriate Use

The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular collar is appropriate for their individual dog's size, strength, behavior, and intended use.

Assumption of Risk

Xoxo Charley does not guarantee that a collar will never fail or that a dog will never escape while wearing a collar. By purchasing and using our pet products, the customer acknowledges that animals can behave unpredictably and that pet products may experience wear or failure during use.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
